It has everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel and you’ll be fully pampered. Rooms are spacious, have the most delightful beds and delightful smelling Le Labo products in the bathroom. There is a fantastic Susanne Kaufmann spa with relaxing treatments and facials. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast and drinks on the terrace with spectacular views over the city, the Tagus River with Ponte 25 de Abril and Monumento Cristo Rei in the distance.
And to top it all off, they have a gourmet restaurant where they cook with passion and put a modern twist on traditional Portuguese dishes. This hideaway is highly recommended for the weary traveller who is not on a budget and wants to stay right in the centre of Lisbon.
For years, my love and I have been dreaming of our own Local Hideaway… a nice place under the sun where we can stay a bit longer, work remotely and unwind to the max. A real family home, SO stylish, like staying in an interior design book. Inspiration for your home! But with only this description, you don’t do justice to the house because it also has a huge soul. There is room for 9/10 people and it is fully equipped. It is a great place to be all year round. The area is beautiful and is a perfect base to explore the Algarve. But it is also the perfect Hideaway to unwind and do nothing… together with family and/or friends.
