The perfect holiday home in one of the nicest surrounding in the Netherlands…?? BAM! It is in Mia’s garden… because hey, if you have such a large garden, it is also very fulfilling to share your beautiful property, et voilá! The surroundings are a personal favourite with beautiful nature and fun cities Zutphen and Deventer just a stone’s throw away. And more good news… the coach house has now also been transformed into a holiday home… Also a Local Hideaway!
Mia lives with her family in an amazing farmhouse in the Achterhoek and has transformed one of the old stables into a lovely guest house. A double bedroom, bathroom, an ‘upper room’ with space for 2 more people and a cozy living room with kitchen. Everything is super comfi, contemporary and Mia is the perfect hostess who really thinks of everything… I have slept in 5 star hotels where it was not so well arranged, I can tell you! Fresh oranges, a spare toothbrush, You name it, she has arranged it for you!
And then her flowers… what a party. A hobby that got out of hand, which her guests enjoy! It is a house for all seasons, in good weather you can enjoy the huge garden with natural swimming pond, in bad weather you can sit inside at the large dining table with lots of light and views of the garden or in the cosy sitting area with a book or Netflix!
And the surroundings are a personal favourite, not only beautiful nature for a brisk walk, bike ride or mountain bike challenge, but also the fun cities of Zutphen and Deventer are just a stone’s throw away! Oh and the good news is that the coach house has now also been transformed into a holiday home… Also a Local Hideaway!
