A recently completely renovated farmhouse, the house of the grandparents of the dear hostess Dona Toia, is now a charming bed & breakfast with 5 suites. All with their own terrace, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. But this is not all, the family now owns 3 townhouses in the historic town of Alcácer do Sal, 10 minutes by car, which are also rented out.
Slow travel and love for the authentic Alentejo. The extensive, fresh breakfast is served daily in the lounge next to the pool. Glass walls from floor to ceiling provide a phenomenal view, it seems like a painting.
The farm next door is part of the complex and is still in full use, guests are welcome to come and have a look. Everything here is about the quiet rural life. Walking through the fields, no TV in the rooms but a nice wood stove and all the time you need to read that nice book!
But this is not all, the family now owns 3 townhouses in the historic town of Alcácer do Sal, 10 minutes by car, which are also rented out. The perfect combination for strolling through the medieval streets and eating a grilled fish on a riverside terrace after the peace and quiet of the countryside…. The best of both (Alentejo) worlds!
